While we welcome the opportunity to service your tractor, skid/tracksteer, mower, or UTV, you will not run afoul of the terms of the factory warranty. The owners manual that you received with your Kioti lays out the maintenance requirements for your equipment, and it is your responsibility to follow their directives. Always record the servicing performed using the owner’s manual’s handy log.

Diesel engine technology has come a long way in the last 50 years, and in fact even in the last ten years so much has been improved. Many modern diesel engines, including every Kioti over 25 HP, feature high pressure direct fuel injection. This is what makes the engines quieter, smoother, and vastly more efficient. It works so well in fact, that you may never have to preheat glow plugs again! The fuel is pressurized to over 30,000 PSI. That’s high enough pressure to cut a log in half! The tolerances are so precise that there is no allowance for filthy fuel. Many of those old steel tanks are rusty, and particulate matter like that is to be avoided. Use fresh fuel from a trusted supplier, and from a clean container.
